Marmot Mica Jacket

Category Activities

Last spring my friend and I went for a hiking at Mount Kinabalu, the highest mountain in Malaysia. We plan the trip for about 2 weeks as Robert was really busy for the assignment at college. As usual, we need to pack up all the things for the trip. As this is my first time went for hiking, I was excited and took a long time to think what I need to carry inside my bag and what I’m going to wear for hiking. Robert told me not to bring heavy things that will give you trouble and heaviness during the hiking. He also suggested me to wear a Marmot Mica Jacket.

As on the day, Robert and I went to the famous mountain and started the trip. During the adventure hiking, Robert told me on the advantages of Marmot Mica Jacket. What I can summarize on what he told me about the jacket are:

• 100% Seam Taped
• Adjustable Velcro Cuff
• Angel-Wing Movement
• Attached Adjustable Hood
• Elastic Draw Cord Hem
• Marmot MemBrain 2.5 Waterproof/Breathable Fabric
• Packs into Pocket
• Reflective Logos
• WR Front Zipper
• Zippered Handwarmer Pockets

Before went back, Robert gave me a try on the jacket. Once I wore the jacket, I felt it great! So I think I should buy it too. When I jumped on the Webtogs website, I impressed when I saw the video that told full view and features about the jacket. Without hesitate, I directly make an online order. The jacket only cost me $130.

As I review the website, the Marmot Mica Jacket also won the “Best of Adventure Gear” from National Geographic Adventure 2009. So, I think the jacket totally beneficial for me for future not only for hiking but I can use it as outdoor clothing.
